Honestly, some of your gifts and talents are intangibles that need to be experienced during coaching. Your ability to pick up on threads of conversation and home in the root issue is, like, devastatingly good. I felt like you had a lot of tools, and knowledge, and helpful frameworks that you shared, but above all, you were *super* perceptive and asked killer questions, which meant that you were able to draw out what I really needed, even if I wasn't always able to articulate my own needs immediately. It's like you helped me figure out what I most needed through the coaching process, then helped me get there.
